I stayed up last night to catch the total lunar eclipse. Here are some shots of that event, most taken with my Nikon D200, 300 mm f/4 AF-S plus 1.4 teleconverter:

That last one was taken with my D700. I was struggling to focus, Live View wasn’t working very well and my eyesight isn’t up to fine focus on a dim subject. But the colour is the main feature here.
